Mai Anh Doan is an assistant professor at the University of the Fraser Valley, Canada. Her research interests include public relations, financial communication, democratization of finance, and equality, and international education.
Mai Anh started her career as a journalist and worked as Public Relations manager for multi-nationals before moving to university teaching and corporate training specialized in communication. She got her PhD from the University of Waikato, New Zealand and Masters of Arts in Communication Management from the University of Technology Sydney. Mai Anh is an active communication researcher in public relations and higher education, who has also published articles in Public Relations Review.
