BCCIE Summer Conference provides an essential platform for the growth of BC’s International Education sector. BCCIE’s annual conference brings together more than 400 participants from our province, across Canada and beyond our borders. The conference attracts senior leaders, researchers, practitioners, student service providers, administrators, government, NGOs, and students to explore these ideas with the aim of strengthening our work and taking steps towards advancing outstanding leadership in the fields of International Education in BC.

Lindsay Haselton

Douglas College
Director, International Marketing & Enrolment
Lindsay has worked in the higher education industry for over 10 years and is currently Director of International Marketing & Enrolment at Douglas College. Prior to joining Douglas, Lindsay served as Associate Director of Corporate Outreach at UCLA Anderson School of Management in Los Angeles, California, where she promoted MBA and Master of Financial Engineering students to the finance and tech sectors, and as Associate Director of MBA Admissions and Recruitment developed targeted outreach strategies for international and diversity groups – increasing both the volume and quality of applicants to UCLA Anderson’s top-ranked MBA program. Previously, Lindsay worked in admissions and recruitment for the MBA and Master of Management programs at UBC’s Sauder School of Business.
Lindsay is originally from the UK but grew up in BC where she completed a Master of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of British Columbia (UBC) and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Victoria.
