BCCIE Summer Conference provides an essential platform for the growth of BC’s International Education sector. BCCIE’s annual conference brings together more than 400 participants from our province, across Canada and beyond our borders. The conference attracts senior leaders, researchers, practitioners, student service providers, administrators, government, NGOs, and students to explore these ideas with the aim of strengthening our work and taking steps towards advancing outstanding leadership in the fields of International Education in BC.

Heather Gross convenes inclusive engagement. She is Deputy Head at Pearson College UWC and has been in various roles there for 14 years. She leads teams and workshops that promote belonging, cohesion and productive collaboration. She is a geographer and her experience in admissions processes and universities counselling mean that she has travelled extensively (pre COVID) including to 13 UWC campuses in different parts of the world.
