An internationalization strategy is a response to globalization in the field of higher education. Rapid student growth at Langara has brought challenges and opportunities in the classroom, student services, and supports. A collaborative approach is critical for the successful implementation of this strategy. In this session we discuss how the development of an internationalization strategy provides opportunity for students and employees to engage in the process and guide changes on campus.
